Healthy Living & Real Food

Our family has begun switching to “real food” in full swing! We have switched to raw milk, farm fresh eggs, raw local honey, and organic/local produce. We have also been using coconut oil whenever possible. I have seen a big difference in our health already in a short time! 

I recently purchased some reusable squeeze pouches to make my own fruit and vegetable purees for my baby boy and little girl. Between the two of them, they go through 4-5 per day and that gets pricey (NOT frugal!). I only buy them when they are on sale and I have a coupon, but still that is a lot of squeeze pouches! I can’t wait to start making my own blends for them!

  • Make my own butter from raw milk cream
  • Homemade raw yogurt
  • Homemade kefir
I am intimidated about these three steps, but they are expensive to buy and very healthful and beneficial to my family’s immunity and health so I am diving in! I will definitely be blogging about my journey!
